Who We Work With

What Makes a ConnectivTech Vendor

Our network isn't a directory. It's a curated roster of vendors who have demonstrated the track record, service quality, and business practices that give our clients confidence from day one.

Demonstrated Track Record

We require documented results — client references, case studies, or performance data — before admitting any vendor to our network. Promises without proof don't qualify.

Industry Specialization

Generic vendors produce generic results. We catalog each vendor's industry expertise so we can match based on actual experience, not general capability claims.

Right-Sized for SMBs

Enterprise vendors treat small clients as low priority. We specifically vet for vendors who give the same quality of service to a 30-person company as to a 300-person one.

Responsive Communication

A vendor who responds slowly during the sales process will respond even more slowly once you're a client. We test response standards before vendors join our network.

Transparent Pricing

We require vendors to be clear about how they price their services. Vendors who obscure fees, bury rate changes in fine print, or can't give clear estimates are excluded.

Ongoing Performance Reviews

Admission to our network isn't permanent. We collect feedback after every introduction and conduct regular reviews. Vendors who don't perform are removed.

The Standards We Enforce

What We Check Before Every Introduction

These are the specific checks we perform before we introduce any vendor to a client. If a vendor fails any one of them, they don't get the introduction.

Capacity Confirmation

We confirm that the vendor has the current capacity to take on your business before making an introduction. No introductions to vendors who are overextended.

Reference Verification

We contact references — not just the ones the vendor provides — and ask specific questions about response times, problem resolution, and contract experience.

Company Health Check

We assess financial stability, employee turnover, and leadership continuity. A vendor in operational distress is a risk to your business continuity.

Geographic Fit

We verify that the vendor can actually serve your location well — including state-specific compliance requirements for regulated industries.

Integration Compatibility

For technology vendors, we check compatibility with your existing systems before making the introduction. No introductions that create guaranteed integration problems.

Contract Term Review

We review standard contract terms before introductions and flag any unusual clauses — auto-renewals, termination penalties, or scope limitations you should know about.

Interested in Joining Our Network?

We work with vendors who are serious about delivering results for their clients. If that's you, we'd like to know about you.

Our vetting process is thorough — it takes time, and not every vendor makes the cut. But vendors who do earn introductions to pre-qualified clients who are ready to buy and have already been briefed on your capabilities.

✓ Pre-qualified client introductions — no cold pitching
✓ Clients briefed on your capabilities before the call
✓ Matched by fit, not by who bid lowest
✓ Support through the onboarding process
✓ Feedback loop to improve match quality over time
